Free shipping for all orders in MELUCEE!

We will ship your items you purchase in 1-3 business days from United States and it usually takes about 3 to 7 business days to deliver unless otherwise indicated.

Return Policy

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery. We will refund you or ship new item  to you when we receive the item of return. it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account. Different products have different policies or requirements associated. More detail follow:

Non-defective goods: Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to contact us at meluceelighting@hotmail.com and request a Return Goods Authorization and Return Address. Returned items must be new, unused, unaltered and properly repacked in original packaging along with all included parts and must returned to the correct address. Please E-mail us tracking numbers for returned goods to guarantee and expedite your refund. Do not return merchandise back to our sales office. Returns without prior authorization are not eligible for refund. Post fee don't cover. Custom orders, custom painted products, light bulbs, shades and parts are not returnable. Clearance items, orders based on special quotes, orders with special discounts(more than 50% off) cannot be returned.

Defective Products: In rare cases when a product is defective, please notify us immediately at meluceelighting@hotmail.com and we will replace the same item for you. We will refund the post fee when we receive the item you return. Defective goods includes one or more sockets doesn't work, Scratches on the surface, broken glass shade and so on.

1 Year Extended Warranty: We will repair or replace any defective product within 1 years from the date of purchase. Warranty does not cover altered items, products subject to abnormal weather conditions, improper installation or misuse. Light bulbs are not warranted for any specific period of time.
